Stay late getting ahead on work I'll have to redo tomorrow
Worry about being insufficiently injured to see Body Shaman

See any chiropractors
Get the muscle in my back to stop wigging out
Lift anything heavy
Figure out whether or not I'm training tomorrow
Stop being a scaredy-pants
